Most companies in this trade ask you to trust a logo. We ask you to come and look. Our factory in Manipur, India, is ours, it is open to serious buyers by appointment, and every lot we ship carries a number that we can still produce a year later.
That is the whole argument. Certificates can be bought. A factory, a lot record and a founder who signs off on batches cannot.

The hair the world sells was always ours.
European factories built their reputation on hair collected in India. We are the factory at the other end of that trade — the sorting tables, the wash line, the weft machines, the people who have handled this fibre for three generations.
We do not import a finished product and put a European label on it. We start where the hair starts, and we sell it to you at manufacturer price, from the country it came from.

The fibre that leaves our sorting tables in India does not stay in India. It is worn in London, Dublin, Dubai, New York and Los Angeles — under the standards of salons that reject anything that sheds, tangles or drops a shade after ten washes.
That acceptance was never granted to a label. It was earned lot by lot, by hair that behaved the same on the tenth wash as it did on the first. We simply removed the parties in between, so the salon buys the standard directly from the factory that produced it.
