Genius Weft · Manufacturing Programme
The Genius Weft, built by the factory that owns the line.
Genius Weft is the product every extension brand is now selling and almost none of them make. We manufacture it: ultra-thin, lay-flat, machine-sealed so it can be cut anywhere without unravelling — produced in Indian, Burmese and Slavic remy hair on our own Indian lines, and shipped to brands, distributors and salons worldwide.
- Lay-flat Genius Wefts, cuttable end to end, in 8-32 inch lengths and 60+ shades.
- Vietnamese-texture Genius Wefts for thick, dense, coarse hair clients; Indian and Slavic for fine to medium.
- Volume weft finishing on our own Indian lines, remy hair only — never acid-stripped non-remy.
- private label and OEM from 10kg; 300g per shade (1kg total) and 1kg total minimum for trial orders.

Setting a higher standard.
Our purpose is to set a higher standard for professional hair extensions — exceptional hair, uncompromising consistency and effortless partnership for the world's finest salons. True quality is the confidence of receiving the same excellence, time after time.
We build enduring relationships through discretion, empathy, accountability and integrity, protecting the reputation behind every salon we serve. We shape our craft around our partners and their ambitions, never the other way around.
RemyPatra Hair Group
How we supply it.
Texture, not just origin
Buyers ask for Vietnamese hair because they want density and a straight, heavy fall. We source that texture through direct collector relationships and build Genius Wefts from it on our own Indian factory, rather than blending regions into one anonymous bale.
Manufacturing where it makes sense
Machine wefting and Genius Weft sealing run on dedicated lines inside our own Indian plant, alongside sourcing, washing, sorting and grading. We document the route on every lot.
Checked before it leaves
Cuticle direction, shed test, lay-flat thickness and colour consistency are checked before dispatch.
Buyer Questions
Straight answers.
Are you a Genius Weft manufacturer or a reseller?
Manufacturer. Genius Wefts are built on our own lines — sorting, raw processing and weft finishing on our own lines in India, checked before export.
Can you supply Vietnamese-texture Genius Wefts?
Yes. Genius Wefts are produced in Vietnamese, Indian, Burmese and Slavic hair. Vietnamese hair is thicker, denser and naturally straighter — the usual pick for salons serving coarse or thick-haired clients.
Do you private label Genius Wefts for brands?
Yes. OEM and private label start at 10kg with your packaging, shade codes and weft labelling. Most of our brand clients sell under their own name and never mention the factory.
What is the minimum order?
300g per shade, 1kg total minimum — 1kg total order, so a single salon or a new brand can test the product before committing to distributor volume.
Which markets do you ship to?
USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and the Gulf. Express air freight is 3-6 days door to door with duties and export paperwork handled by us.

Professional ordering
Start your first wholesale order.
Professional salons already know their preferred methods, colours, lengths and client demand. Start with the volume your salon already needs.
Independent salons
1kg
Start with the product and shade mix your current clients already need.
Growing salons
1–2kg
Build a working colour and length range around regular appointments.
Established high-demand salons
3–5kg+
Plan repeat supply against your monthly installation volume.
The smallest professional order is 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. Wholesale supply is quoted to one written specification.
Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.

Our supply desk answers within one working day. Send a specification or a competitor quote and you get a like-for-like answer, not a brochure.
How we sell, before you ask.
1kg+
First wholesale order. Product and shade mix agreed before quotation.
3–10kg
Wholesale band, quoted per specification.
10kg+
Private label with your own packaging.
50kg+
Monthly distributor programme with held reference lot.
Every quote we send is already the net factory price for that specification and quantity. There is no retail markup to discount from, so we do not run percentage discounts — the price moves only when the specification or the quantity moves.
Tell us your kilos per month when you write. It is the one line that changes the quote. Express air freight is usually 3–6 days door to door.
Or send a short enquiry.
For buyers who prefer email, or who cannot use WhatsApp right now. Six fields, no account, no questionnaire. We reply with a factory-level quotation based on your present buying needs.

Look at the product, not the promise.
These are production photographs. Inspect the seam, shade transition, density and finished movement—the details that decide whether a weft earns a salon reorder.

Inspect the seam
A thin, flexible spine designed to sit flat and be cut across the width without unravelling.

Build a complete shade order
Cool browns, beige blondes and rooted transitions produced to one repeatable specification.

Flexibility without bulk
The weft follows the head rather than creating a hard ridge beneath the client's own hair.

Colour and texture together
Root, mid-length and end are checked as one product so the finished row reads naturally.
