How we supply it.
The sorting tables
Raw temple hair arrives in bales and is sorted strand-direction-first. Anything with reversed cuticles is pulled out before it can reach a weft machine — that single step is why our hair does not matt at month four.
Artisan workshops
Hand-tied wefts, Genius Wefts and K-Tips are made on dedicated lines by makers who have worked the same bench for years. Consistency comes from the same hands repeating the same method, order after order.
Founder-led inspection
Our founder still checks lots personally. When a buyer asks who is accountable for a bad batch, the answer is a person with a name, not a purchasing department three companies away.

Do you own the India hair factory or broker it?
We own it. RemyPatra runs its own plant in Manipur with in-house sorting, wefting, bonding and hand-tying lines. There is no trading house between you and the factory.
Where does the raw hair come from?
Temple-collected hair from South India — single or few donor, recorded per lot — plus dedicated collector networks for direct-cut ponytail hair and other textures. Every lot is logged by origin and cut date.
Can B2B buyers visit the Indian factory?
Yes — by appointment for genuine wholesale, distributor and private-label buyers. If travel is not practical, order a sample kit or ask for a live video call during production.
What is the minimum order from the India factory?
300g per shade, 1kg total minimum — 1kg total order. Private label and OEM programmes start at 10kg.
How long does production take?
Stock shades ship in 3–5 working days. Custom colour, custom length and private-label packaging run 12–18 working days depending on volume.

The smallest professional order is 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. Wholesale supply is quoted to one written specification.
Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
