What is the minimum order?
The first professional wholesale order can begin from 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. At least 300g per shade; volume terms apply from 3kg per order. Full prices are on our price list.
How long is production and delivery?
Production and dispatch timing depend on the exact product, colour, length and volume. The schedule is confirmed in writing on the quotation before payment. Available express freight services are quoted by destination.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms and the available payment method are stated on the proforma invoice. No payment is requested before the buyer has received and approved the written quotation and specification.
Who pays duty and freight?
Freight is quoted separately by destination, shipment weight and service level. Import duties and local taxes depend on the destination and are confirmed with the buyer before dispatch.
What if the hair is not what I approved?
The accepted specification and approved reference are used for the order. If a buyer reports a mismatch, the team reviews the unopened hair, order record and reference before confirming the appropriate resolution in writing.
Can I order a 100g or 200g sample before committing?
We do not work with the 100–200g sample model. One bundle is installed on one or two clients, so a single experience becomes the whole judgement of the product, and it shows nothing about how a shade repeats or how two batches compare. The first professional order begins from 1kg total, from 300g per shade, which covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades and gives real feedback from paying clients. The hair in a 1kg trial comes from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run.
Why does a 1kg trial make more commercial sense?
It lets you install the hair across enough clients to judge retention, washing behaviour and shade consistency rather than one individual case. It also lets you test more than one colour, length or method at once. Established salons, extension specialists and distributors usually start at 1–2kg, and 3–5kg is normal when they also supply other salons. Our aim is that you test once properly and then focus on selling, instead of continuously testing manufacturers.
Will you compete with my brand or sell to my clients?
No. We are a backend manufacturer. We do not sell retail in your market, we do not contact your clients, and private-label orders ship in your packaging with nothing of ours inside the box.
Can I verify you before I pay?
Qualified buyers can request a live video from the sorting tables or arrange a visit to our factory in India. Available proof for a specific order is agreed before payment.
