Sourcing & supply chain · Part two of three
Every stage has an owner,
and every lot has a number.
Hair is collected in India and the surrounding trade, graded by hand, processed and constructed on our own factory, then released to buyers directly or through our European quality-control offices. No anonymous middle step, no finished goods bought in and rebadged.
Origins
Where the material actually comes from.
We disclose origin categories plainly. A buyer who knows exactly what they are holding can price it, sell it and defend it.
Indian temple and collector-direct
Hair given at temples and gathered by collectors we buy from directly. Single-donor lots stay separated and tagged; mixed lots are declared as mixed. This is the backbone of our natural black and dark brown range.
Natural brown virgin
Raw brown bundles bought at source as unprocessed material. Fine, strong and the correct starting point for controlled lifts into blonde without destroying the strand.
Slavic and European-type
Finer-diameter material for clients whose own hair will not carry a heavier Indian strand. Bought in smaller volumes and priced for what it is, never relabelled as something rarer.
Declared, never dressed up
Every lot is sold under the origin it has. We would rather lose an order than let a buyer resell 'Russian' hair that is not, and be blamed for it a year later by their own client.

The ten controlled stages
From raw bundle to the box you open.
This is the same path every order takes, whether it is a 500 g sampling lot or a 100 kg private-label programme.
Raw intake and lot record
Material is weighed, photographed and given a lot number on arrival. Origin, collector and date are written down before a single strand is touched.
Grading and rejection
Hair is judged by hand for tangle, previous chemical damage, grey content and true length. Anything that will fail after ten washes is rejected here, where it costs us the least and you nothing.
Hand sorting root to tip
The stage that decides whether a lot is genuinely Remy. Every strand is oriented in one direction by hand. Nothing downstream can repair a mistake made here.
Hackling and drawing
Short strands are pulled out on the hackle so the bundle holds weight to the ends. Double drawn is a real process with a real yield loss, not a printed word.
Wash and conditioning
Controlled washing to clear residue while leaving the cuticle scale intact. No coating is used to fake smoothness that would disappear in your client's third shampoo.
Slow depigmentation
Colour is lifted gradually across staged baths rather than forced in one aggressive pass. Slower is more expensive and it is the reason our blondes still have body at length.
Pigmentation and shade build
Toning and dyeing to the target shade, developed against a physical reference rather than a screen. Multi-tone shades are blended by hand from separate lifted bases.
Stocking and shade verification
Finished shades are checked against retained references before they enter stock, so a reorder six months later matches the row already in your client's hair.
Construction
Genius Weft, hand-tied rows, K-Tip bonds and bulk. Direction is protected on the line; weight and length are measured on the finished piece, not estimated from the input.
Final inspection and dispatch
Founder-level sign-off, batch record closed, retained sample stored, then packed and shipped.

Traceability
What we can show you about your own order.
Traceability is only real if a buyer can request it after the fact. Ask us for the record behind a lot you have already received and we will produce it.
- ✓Lot number carried from raw intake to the pack you open
- ✓Retained reference sample held for every shade we build
- ✓Weight and length measured on finished goods before packing
- ✓Founder sign-off on lots before dispatch
- ✓Open-door inspection at the Indian factory during working hours
Before you accept
Check the hair before you commit.
You do not have to fly to India to verify the hair. Start with a sample kit, ask for photos and a live video call of your lot, and check cuticle direction, shade match, weft strength and weight before a bigger order.
Your approved sample becomes the written reference, so any question about a later lot is settled against that reference.
Ordering
How the chain ends at your door.
Sampling · 500 g – 1 kg
Per colour and length. Enough hair to install on a real client head and judge honestly, not a swatch card.
Wholesale · 3 – 10 kg
Programme buying across colours and lengths, with reorder matching against retained references.
Private label · 10 kg+
Your brand on our production. Packaging, shade selection and labelling handled as one programme.
