It is an owned Indian manufacturing base run with our own plant, our own people and our own quality control — one controlled supply chain from raw material to finished extensions. We are the manufacturer you are buying from, not an agent placing your order somewhere else.

Machine weft, hand-tied, Genius Weft, K-Tip and bonding — routed to the line best suited to it.

Lot-level inspection against the written specification, with a batch record kept for reorders.

Documentation, private-label packing where required, and dispatch to the buyer's market.

Is RemyPatra a trading house or a manufacturer?
A manufacturer. RemyPatra owns and runs its manufacturing facility in India, buys its own raw material, writes its own specifications and inspects every lot before export. We are not a middleman placing your order with someone else's factory.
How many people work on RemyPatra production?
Our facility runs a large sorting, hackling, wefting, hand-tying and bonding workforce, scaled up or down with the order book. We quote capacity per programme at quotation rather than publishing a headcount we cannot audit for you.
Where is production actually done?
In our own Indian plant — raw intake, sorting, hackling, colour development, construction and final inspection. Sample kits let buyers anywhere check the hair before a bigger order.
Can I visit?
Yes. Our facility in India is open to serious buyers by appointment, with the factory running. If travel is not practical, ask for a live video call during production.
Who controls quality?
We do, end to end. Raw material is bought and graded by us, specifications and colour protocols are ours, and every lot is inspected and batch-recorded against our own standard before export.
