Stage by stage
Sorting and hackling a new lot: two to four days depending on length and volume. Wash and controlled colour development: three to seven days for lifted shades, less for naturals. Construction: two to six days by product. Inspection and packing: one to two days.
For a standard wholesale order in existing shades, plan on 10–18 working days before dispatch. Custom shades or private-label packaging add a week or more.
Why fast colour is a warning
Lift speed is bought with cuticle damage. A supplier turning a level-2 base into a level-10 blonde in twenty-four hours has used aggressive chemistry, and the client will find out at wash eight.
Time is the main input in our SlowBath method. It is the reason our light shades cost more and last longer.
Planning your calendar
Order reorders at 60% stock depletion, not at zero. Add transit: 4–7 days by air to most markets, longer with customs inspection.
For seasonal peaks, place indicative volumes with us a month ahead and we hold capacity rather than promising an impossible turnaround later.
Buyer Questions
What is your standard lead time?
Roughly 10–18 working days to dispatch for stock shades, longer for custom colour and private-label packaging.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes, on construction and packing. We will not rush colour development, because that is where quality is lost.
