Buying standard · Specification
Choose the specification, not the adjective.
Most extension buying goes wrong in the same place: the order is agreed in adjectives. Premium, luxury, double drawn, Remy. None of those words can be measured, so nobody can be held to them later. This page is the sheet we write instead. Use it with us, or take it to any supplier and ask them to fill it in.
- Every line below is something that can be weighed, measured or counted.
- The sheet is signed once and travels with every reorder.
- Your approved trial piece is held here as the physical reference.
- Two quotes that look far apart are usually two different specifications.

Setting a higher standard.
Our purpose is to set a higher standard for professional hair extensions — exceptional hair, uncompromising consistency and effortless partnership for the world's finest salons. True quality is the confidence of receiving the same excellence, time after time.
We build enduring relationships through discretion, empathy, accountability and integrity, protecting the reputation behind every salon we serve. We shape our craft around our partners and their ambitions, never the other way around.

How we supply it.
Written before production
Nothing starts until the sheet is agreed. That removes the most common argument in this trade, which is what was actually ordered.
Checked before packing
Our own quality control checks each lot against the sheet and against your held reference, not against memory.
Reused on every reorder
What you approved is what arrives, every time. The sheet does not expire when a salesperson changes.
Buyer Questions
Straight answers.
What is a hair extension specification sheet?
It is the written description of exactly what you are buying: product type, construction, weight, length curve, drawn level, shade codes, packing and labelling. Once it is written and signed, it is the document your reorders are produced against instead of a conversation somebody has to remember.
Why does a specification matter more than a colour chart?
A colour chart shows one strand under one light. A specification records the weight per piece, the drawn level, the tip or weft construction and the approved reference lot. Two suppliers quoting the same shade code can be selling two very different products, and the specification is what makes that visible before you pay.
Do you write the specification for me?
Yes. Tell us the product, your main lengths, your shades and roughly how many kilos a month you move. We draft the sheet, you approve a trial against it, and the approved piece becomes the physical reference we match every later run to.
Can I keep my current supplier's specification?
You can. Send the product you buy today with its description, and we will measure it here and write the sheet around what you already sell so your clients do not feel a change.
Does the specification change the price?
It defines the price. Weft type, drawn level, tip weight, length curve, shade count and packing all sit inside the quote. When the specification moves, the number moves, and we will show you which line moved it.

Send the product you buy today, or just your main lengths and shades. We will write the specification sheet for it and quote against that sheet.
Professional ordering
Start your first wholesale order.
Professional salons already know their preferred methods, colours, lengths and client demand. Start with the volume your salon already needs for Specification sheet.
Independent salons
1kg
Start with the product and shade mix your current clients already need.
Growing salons
1–2kg
Build a working colour and length range around regular appointments.
Established high-demand salons
3–5kg+
Plan repeat supply against your monthly installation volume.
The smallest professional order is 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. Wholesale supply is quoted to one written specification.
Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
Next step

Our supply desk answers within one working day. Send a specification or a competitor quote and you get a like-for-like answer, not a brochure.
How we sell, before you ask.
1kg+
First wholesale order. Product and shade mix agreed before quotation.
3–10kg
Wholesale band, quoted per specification.
10kg+
Private label with your own packaging.
50kg+
Monthly distributor programme with held reference lot.
Every quote we send is already the net factory price for that specification and quantity. There is no retail markup to discount from, so we do not run percentage discounts — the price moves only when the specification or the quantity moves.
Tell us your kilos per month when you write. It is the one line that changes the quote. Express air freight is usually 3–6 days door to door.

Section one
Construction lines.
These lines decide how the piece behaves in the chair. Fill them in for each product you buy.
| Line | What to write | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product type | Genius weft, hand-tied weft, machine weft, tape, K-tip, I-tip, nano ring or bulk | Each is a different production route and a different cost base. |
| Weft height | Measured in millimetres from the top seam to the free hair | A thick return line shows through a fine install. |
| Weft weight | Grams per piece and grams per bundle | The only honest way to compare two quotes. |
| Cuttable | Yes or no, and how far in from each end | A genius weft is bought for this. It should be tested, not assumed. |
| Tip weight | Grams per strand, for example 0.8g or 1.0g | Decides strand count per head and install time. |
| Bond type | Italian keratin, protein or polymer, flat or round tip | Different bonds need different removal chemistry. |
| Drawn level | Single, double or fully double drawn, written plainly | This is the largest single price driver and the most misused word in the trade. |
Section two
Hair and colour lines.
Written as facts, not marketing. If a supplier will not write these down, that is your answer.
| Line | What to write | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Origin | The country the raw hair was collected in | It belongs on the invoice, not in a story. |
| Cuticle direction | Aligned or not aligned, and whether it is single donor | Aligned cuticle is what stops matting in week three. |
| Texture | Fine, medium or coarse, straight or natural wave | Texture is sorted and quoted separately here. |
| Shade codes | Your codes, mapped to our shade library | Your codes stay yours, including on private label. |
| Colour method | Slow, low strength development over long baths | Fast harsh bleaching passes the first wash and fails later. |
| Reference lot | The approved trial piece held at the factory | Matching is done against hair, not against a printed chart. |
| Length curve | Kilos per length, for example 40cm, 50cm, 60cm | A tight curve costs less to fill than one of everything. |
Section three
Packing, labelling and commercial lines.
| Line | What to write | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Packing | Bundle, hanger, box or pouch, and units per carton | Decides shelf presentation and freight volume. |
| Labelling | Your brand, shade code, length, weight and lot number | A lot number is what makes a complaint checkable. |
| Private label | Artwork, colours and who prints what | Begins from 10kg, with your brand in front. |
| Order quantity | Kilos per order and kilos per month | Monthly kilos, not single orders, move a factory price. |
| Lead time | Working days from approval to dispatch | Written down so peak season is planned, not queued. |
| Freight | Air freight, incoterm and who clears customs | Usually three to six days door to door. |
How it runs
From sheet to repeat order.
- 01
Draft the sheet
You send the product you sell today or your main lengths and shades. We fill the lines in and send it back with a quote attached to it.
- 02
Approve a trial
300g per shade (1kg total), two colours, 1kg in total. You wash it, colour it and install it before anything larger is committed.
- 03
Lock the reference
The piece you accepted is kept here as the physical reference. Later runs are matched against that hair.
- 04
Repeat against it
Every reorder is produced to the same sheet and checked against the same reference before packing.
