Colour · Reorder consistency

What you approved is what arrives, every time.

A brand does not lose a customer over one bad batch of colour. It loses them over the second one. When a shade moves between orders, the salon re-tones, the client notices, and the stock sitting on the shelf quietly becomes unsellable. Consistency is not luck and it is not a chart. It is a held reference, a slow colour process and a lot record that someone is accountable for.

  • The exact piece you approved is kept at the factory as the physical reference.
  • Every run is matched against that hair, wet and dry, before it is packed.
  • Colour is developed slowly at low strength, which is what makes it repeatable.
  • Each lot carries a number, so a complaint can be checked rather than argued.

Our purpose

Setting a higher standard.

Our purpose is to set a higher standard for professional hair extensions — exceptional hair, uncompromising consistency and effortless partnership for the world's finest salons. True quality is the confidence of receiving the same excellence, time after time.

We build enduring relationships through discretion, empathy, accountability and integrity, protecting the reputation behind every salon we serve. We shape our craft around our partners and their ambitions, never the other way around.

RemyPatra Hair Group

How we supply it.

Matched against hair

A printed chart shows one strand under one light. We match a new run against the piece you actually accepted, wet as well as dry, because wet is where a shade shows its truth.

Built slowly

Blondes and cool tones are developed over long baths at low strength. Fast lifting reaches the shade sooner and drifts sooner. Slow lifting is why a shade can be repeated next quarter.

Recorded, not remembered

Shade code, lot number, length curve and approval date sit in the lot record here. Staff change. The record does not.

Buyer Questions

Straight answers.

Why does the same shade code look different between orders?

Because most suppliers match against a printed chart and a memory. Hair is matched by eye, in different light, on different lots, by different people. Without a physical reference lot held at the factory, every reorder is effectively a new colour approval.

How do you keep a shade consistent across reorders?

We keep the exact piece you approved. Every later run is matched against that hair, wet and dry, before packing. If a run does not match, it is re-run rather than shipped with an apology attached.

Can you match the brand I buy today?

Send a piece of it. We measure the construction and match the colour to that physical sample, so your clients do not feel a supplier change mid colour history.

How long do you hold my reference?

For as long as you keep ordering that product. Programme buyers also get a held reference lot in their own shades so the next run starts from hair, not from a code.

What if a delivery does not match?

Send it back with the lot number on the label. We hold the reference and the lot record here, so the check is done against evidence, and the correction is ours to make.

Professional ordering

Start your first wholesale order.

Professional salons already know their preferred methods, colours, lengths and client demand. Start with the volume your salon already needs for Shade matching and reorders.

Independent salons

1kg

Start with the product and shade mix your current clients already need.

Growing salons

1–2kg

Build a working colour and length range around regular appointments.

Established high-demand salons

3–5kg+

Plan repeat supply against your monthly installation volume.

The smallest professional order is 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. Wholesale supply is quoted to one written specification.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles

We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.

A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.

We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.

Our supply desk answers within one working day. Send a specification or a competitor quote and you get a like-for-like answer, not a brochure.

How we sell, before you ask.

1kg+

First wholesale order. Product and shade mix agreed before quotation.

3–10kg

Wholesale band, quoted per specification.

10kg+

Private label with your own packaging.

50kg+

Monthly distributor programme with held reference lot.

Every quote we send is already the net factory price for that specification and quantity. There is no retail markup to discount from, so we do not run percentage discounts — the price moves only when the specification or the quantity moves.

Tell us your kilos per month when you write. It is the one line that changes the quote. Express air freight is usually 3–6 days door to door.

How matching works

From your swatch to a repeatable shade.

  1. 01

    You send a reference

A piece of the hair you sell today, or two shades from our library. Physical hair, not a photograph, because screens lie about tone.

  2. 02

    We build it slowly

The shade is developed over controlled baths at low strength rather than lifted fast and toned back down.

  3. 03

    You approve the trial

300g per shade (1kg total), two colours, 1kg total. You wash it and install it before anything larger moves.

  4. 04

    The approved piece is held

That exact hair stays at the factory with your shade code and lot record attached to it.

  5. 05

Every run is matched to it

Wet and dry, side by side, under the same light, by our own quality control before packing.

  6. 06

    Anything off is re-run

A run that does not match the held reference does not ship. That decision sits with us, not with your customer.

Colour matching · USA brands

Keep your shade names. Change your supplier.

The reason most salons stay with a brand they have outgrown is colour history. Twenty clients are booked against shade codes they trust, and switching supplier normally means restarting every one of them. It does not have to. Send us the shade tag, a cutting, or even a clear photo of the weft you buy now — our colour lab matches it and produces the Genius Wefts, K-Tips and hand-tied rows to that reference.

Matched against the card in your drawer

Send the shade tag you already stock — Covet & Mane, Bohyme, The Hair Shop, Bellami, Aqua. It is held against wet and dry hair on our own factory before the batch is signed off.

Two sets of eyes, every batch

Root, mid and end are read separately. A weft that matches at the tip but drifts warm at the root is rejected, not shipped and explained later.

Every row carries its ticket

Shade code, lot and length travel with the hair through the factory, so your reorder in six months is matched to the batch you approved, not to a memory.

1 · Send the reference

A shade tag, a 10cm cutting, or the shade code you order today. Cuttings match closest — photos are read under our own daylight box.

2 · Approve the swatch

We colour a test length and send it to you before production. You approve wet and dry, under salon light, on your own client if you want to.

3 · Locked to a lot

The approved swatch becomes your reference. Reorders are matched to that lot record so your client’s colour history stays intact.

Full cuticle · The quality question

Cheap hair is not cheaper. It is faster.

Most of the volume hair sold into the West is processed for speed: mixed direction, cuticle stripped in an acid bath, then silicone-coated so it feels correct in the packet. It performs beautifully for a handful of washes. Around wash six to ten it matts at the nape, dulls, and your client blames the install. We make the slow version — cuticle intact, one direction, coated with nothing.

RemyPatra sorters hackling dark Indian hair with the cuticle intact

Hackled, never acid-bathed

Direction is preserved by hand at the sorting table. We do not strip the cuticle to stop tangling — that shortcut is what makes cheap hair feel perfect for three washes and dead by ten.

Full cuticle, one direction

Root ends stay with root ends from collection through wash, draw and weft. That is the whole reason the hair takes colour evenly and stops matting at the nape.

Rejected here, not at your chair

Short, silicone-coated and reversed material is pulled out on the line. It costs us weight. It saves you a redo on a paying client.

Do not take our word for it. Clarify a sample once to strip any coating, then wash it ten times with normal brushing. Coated hair changes character immediately. Full-cuticle hair behaves the same at wash ten as at wash one — that is the entire test, and it costs you one afternoon.
