Buyer Tool · Free Checklist

The hair factory audit checklist we would use ourselves.

Use this on us, on your current supplier, and on anyone who messages you with a price list. It takes one conversation, and it separates a manufacturer from a reseller faster than any site visit.

  • Who owns the sorting room, and can they photograph your lot on it today?
  • Where was the raw hair collected, and can they show the lot record?
  • How many donors go into one bundle, and how are lots kept apart?
  • Is anything coated, and will they accept a clarifying wash test?
  • Who approves the shade, and is your approved swatch kept on file for reorders?
  • What is the written remedy if a lot arrives wrong?

Our purpose

Setting a higher standard.

Our purpose is to set a higher standard for professional hair extensions — exceptional hair, uncompromising consistency and effortless partnership for the world's finest salons. True quality is the confidence of receiving the same excellence, time after time.

We build enduring relationships through discretion, empathy, accountability and integrity, protecting the reputation behind every salon we serve. We shape our craft around our partners and their ambitions, never the other way around.

RemyPatra Hair Group

How we supply it.

Evidence, not adjectives

Premium, luxury and grade labels mean nothing across borders. Photographs of your lot, weight records and a bleach test on your own shade mean everything. Ask for the second kind.

Consistency is the real product

Any supplier can win one order. The question is whether order six matches order one. We hold your approved reference here and measure every reorder against it, so nothing drifts quietly.

Accountability in one company

When sorting, colouring and construction sit inside one business, there is nobody to blame. That is the point. One written specification, one quality system, one company answering for the result.

Buyer Questions

Straight answers.

What should I ask a hair factory before the first order?

Six things: who owns the sorting room, where the raw hair was collected, how many donors go into one bundle, whether anything is coated, who signs off the shade, and what happens if a lot is wrong. Honest answers to those six predict the next two years of your supply.

Can I visit the factory?

You can visit ours. Manipur and our processing and colour lines are open to buyers who are serious about volume. We would rather be inspected than certified.

What evidence should come with every order?

A photograph of your lot on the tables with your reference visible, the weight record, the shade reference held against your approved swatch, and packing photographs before dispatch. We keep your approved reference here so each reorder is measured against it.

What is a fair remedy if a lot is wrong?

The supplier should replace the affected weight, not argue about tone under different lighting. Agree that in writing before the first order rather than during the first dispute.

Professional ordering

Start your first wholesale order.

Professional salons already know their preferred methods, colours, lengths and client demand. Start with the volume your salon already needs for Hair factory audit checklist.

Independent salons

1kg

Start with the product and shade mix your current clients already need.

Growing salons

1–2kg

Build a working colour and length range around regular appointments.

Established high-demand salons

3–5kg+

Plan repeat supply against your monthly installation volume.

The smallest professional order is 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. Wholesale supply is quoted to one written specification.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles

We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.

A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.

We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.

Next step

Start wholesale ordering for Hair factory audit checklist.

Our supply desk answers within one working day. Send a specification or a competitor quote and you get a like-for-like answer, not a brochure.

How we sell, before you ask.

1kg+

First wholesale order. Product and shade mix agreed before quotation.

3–10kg

Wholesale band, quoted per specification.

10kg+

Private label with your own packaging.

50kg+

Monthly distributor programme with held reference lot.

Every quote we send is already the net factory price for that specification and quantity. There is no retail markup to discount from, so we do not run percentage discounts — the price moves only when the specification or the quantity moves.

Tell us your kilos per month when you write. It is the one line that changes the quote. Express air freight is usually 3–6 days door to door.
