Private Label

Your brand in front. RemyPatra behind it.

Private label means the product carries your name, your shade codes and your packaging, and nobody downstream needs to know who made it. That is the point. We manufacture, you sell. We do not contact your clients, and we do not appear on your boxes unless you ask us to.

  • Your packaging, your shade numbering, your weft and tip labelling.
  • Programme starts at 10kg, across the formats you actually sell.
  • Shade library of 60+ colours, plus matching to the shades your market already reorders.
  • Reference samples held so your second production run matches the first.

RemyPatra Hair Group

How we supply it.

What you control

Brand, shade names, packaging, price positioning and the client relationship. Everything the customer sees is yours.

What we control

Sourcing, sorting, slow colour development, weft and tip production, and the quality checks that decide whether your reorder is the same as your first order.

Quiet by design

We do not publish our clients' names or sell to their customers behind them. That discretion is part of the service.

Which formats you can private label

Genius Weft, machine weft, K-tip, I-tip, nano ring, tape-in, clip-in and bulk hair. Most new brands launch with two or three formats their clients already ask for, then add more once reorders are steady.

How a private label launch works

Step one: buy wholesale and test the hair in your market. Step two: send your logo, packaging idea and shade names. Step three: we make a labelled sample set. Step four: you approve it, and that approved set becomes the standard for every future run.

Consistency is the real product

Your clients do not reorder a logo, they reorder the same hair. We hold reference samples of each approved shade and construction, and every production run is checked against them before it ships.

Your shade system, not ours

Name and number your shades the way your market understands them. We map each of your codes to our shade library behind the scenes, so the colour stays the same even if you rename it later.

Packaging and labelling

Weft labels, tip bags, boxes, swing tags and inserts can carry your brand. Tell us what you already have or what you want to create, and we will tell you what fits the product and what adds weight to freight.

Common private label mistakes

Launching too many shades at once, printing packaging before the hair is approved, and choosing a supplier on price per kg without testing a reorder. Start narrow, prove the hair, then expand.

Buyer Questions

Straight answers.

What is the minimum for private label?

The private label programme starts at 10kg. Below that, buy wholesale at wholesale first and prove the product in your market before you commit to packaging.

What is the difference between private label and OEM?

Private label means our product with your branding. OEM means the specification itself is built to your brief: your construction, your weft type, your lengths and your shade system. OEM takes longer and needs a clearer brief.

Will you sell to my customers?

No. Your clients are yours. We manufacture and stay behind you.

Can I test the hair before I commit?

Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

Express air freight, usually 3 to 6 days door to door, with the export paperwork prepared by us. We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the Gulf.

How do I start my own hair extension brand?

Pick the two or three formats your clients already buy, test our hair at wholesale at wholesale, then move to private label from 10kg with your own packaging and shade names.

Can I private label Genius Weft?

Yes. Genius Weft is one of the most requested private label formats because the flat, cuttable seam is easy to sell to salons. Standard and Volume builds are both available.

Do I need my own packaging ready?

No. Many brands start with simple labelled bags and upgrade later. It is better to approve the hair first and design packaging second.

Will my reorders match my first order?

That is what the reference samples are for. Every run is checked against your approved sample for shade, length and weight before it leaves the factory.

Can you ship private label orders to the UK, Europe, USA and Australia?

Yes. Orders ship by express air freight, quoted by destination and weight. You handle import duties in your country as the importer of record.

Professional ordering

Start your first wholesale order.

Professional salons already know their preferred methods, colours, lengths and client demand. Start with the volume your salon already needs for Private Label.

Independent salons

1kg

Start with the product and shade mix your current clients already need.

Growing salons

1–2kg

Build a working colour and length range around regular appointments.

Established high-demand salons

3–5kg+

Plan repeat supply against your monthly installation volume.

The smallest professional order is 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. Wholesale supply is quoted to one written specification.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles

We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.

A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.

We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.

Next step

Our supply desk answers within one working day. Send a specification or a competitor quote and you get a like-for-like answer, not a brochure.

How we sell, before you ask.

1kg+

First wholesale order. Product and shade mix agreed before quotation.

3–10kg

Wholesale band, quoted per specification.

10kg+

Private label with your own packaging.

50kg+

Every quote we send is already the net factory price for that specification and quantity. There is no retail markup to discount from, so we do not run percentage discounts — the price moves only when the specification or the quantity moves.

Tell us your kilos per month when you write. It is the one line that changes the quote. Express air freight is usually 3–6 days door to door.
