Genius Weft · Pricing
Genius Weft pricing, explained before you ask for a number.
Every week someone messages us asking what Genius Wefts cost. The honest answer is that a single number would be a marketing number. Price moves with length, shade, quality tier and quantity, and any supplier quoting one figure for all of them is averaging you. This page explains exactly what moves the price, so when we send your quote you can read it instead of trusting it.
- Length is the biggest driver: long hair is rare in the intake, so 22 inch and above costs materially more per gram than 16 inch.
- Shade is the second: lifted blondes take long slow colour baths and lose weight along the way, so 613 and 60 sit above natural browns.
- Quality tier is the third: Remy cuticle-aligned, virgin and single-donor lots are priced apart because they are sorted apart.
- Quantity is the last: 3kg to 10kg is the wholesale band, and from 10kg you move into private-label pricing with your own label.
- Trial pricing is 300g per shade, 1kg total minimum, so 1kg in total.

RemyPatra Hair Group
How we supply it.
What you actually receive
A Genius Weft made on our own line: a thin, flat seam with a return that lies down under a client's own hair, cut-anywhere construction, and a width and weight checked against a written tolerance before packing.
Why we quote per shade and length
A 16 inch natural brown and a 24 inch 613 are not the same product with a different label. One is sorted out of most intakes; the other takes days of slow lifting. Quoting them at one price would mean overcharging you for the first.
How to get a real number fast
Send four things on WhatsApp: the lengths, the shades, the total kilos, and the destination country. You get a written quote with specification, not a range.
What we will not do
We will not quote a headline price and then change it once the order is confirmed, and we will not quote a Remy price for hair that is not Remy. The specification on the quote is the specification we produce.
Standard vs Volume Genius Weft cost
Volume Genius Weft carries more hair per weft, so it costs more per piece. Compare price per gram of hair, not price per weft, or the cheaper-looking option can turn out to be the thinner one.
Why blonde Genius Weft costs more
Light blondes are lifted slowly in stages and checked more, with more pieces rejected along the way. That extra time is the honest reason the price rises.
Buyer Questions
Straight answers.
How much does a Genius Weft cost wholesale?
It depends on length, shade, quality tier and quantity, and we quote in writing against those four. Send us the lengths, shades and kilos you need with your destination country and you will have a written quote with the full specification, not a range.
Why is 613 blonde more expensive than natural brown?
Lifted blondes are developed over long low-strength colour baths rather than pushed through fast harsh bleaching. That takes days of production time and loses weight along the way, so the finished cost per gram is higher — and the hair is still behaving like hair a year later.
Is there a discount at higher volume?
Yes. Wholesale terms apply from 3kg, and from 10kg you are into private-label and OEM pricing with your own packaging and shade names. Distributor programmes from about 50kg a month are quoted against a reserved production schedule.
What is the minimum order?
The first wholesale order starts from 1kg total, with the product and shade mix agreed before quotation. Wholesale terms apply from 3kg per order. Private label and OEM start at 10kg.
Can I test the hair before I commit?
Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.
How do you ship and how long does it take?
Express air freight, usually 3 to 6 days door to door, with the export paperwork prepared by us. We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the Gulf.
Why is Genius Weft more expensive than machine weft?
The flat, cuttable seam takes more finishing work than a traditional machine weft with a return band. The hair inside can be identical; the extra cost is in how the weft is made.
How can I get a Genius Weft price?
Send the length, shade, standard or Volume build and roughly how many kilos you buy per month. We quote against that exact spec.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
