We own the Indian factory. That means your programme is a production plan with reserved capacity, not a purchase we hope to cover.

How we supply it.
Reserved capacity, not best effort
A volume programme is scheduled against our own lines in advance. You get dispatch dates you can plan your own selling season around, and early warning from us when raw intake or a colour bath is running behind.
One specification, in writing
Before the first programme run we agree the product on paper: weight, length and tolerance, drawn ratio, weft width and seam, bond size, shade reference. That document travels with every later order, so the fiftieth delivery is judged against the same measurements as the first.
Batch identity and records
Each production lot carries an identification you can quote back to us, with a quality-control record behind it. If something is wrong, we investigate the actual batch rather than argue from memory.
Territory and private label
Distributors who prove volume and consistency can discuss territory. Brands can run under their own label, packaging and shade names from 10kg, on the same line and the same approved specification.

What volume do you consider a distributor programme?
From about 50kg a month, or a committed quarterly volume of similar size. Below that we are glad to supply you on normal wholesale terms of 3kg to 10kg, which is often the right way to start.
Do you give exclusivity in a country?
We discuss territory once volume and consistency are proven, usually after two or three programme cycles. We do not hand out exclusivity on a first order, because it is unfair to buyers who are already performing.
Can you commit to delivery dates?
Yes, within a scheduled programme, because the capacity is reserved against our own production. We also tell you early when something upstream is slipping, which is more useful than a confident date we cannot hold.
What payment and shipping terms do you work on?
Terms are agreed per programme against volume and history. Shipping is express air freight, usually three to six days door to door, with export documentation prepared by us. Sea freight is available on larger standing volumes.
Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?
We own the Indian factory. Sorting, washing, colouring and weft finishing happen on our own lines, and our own quality control checks each lot before it is packed for export.
Can I test the hair before I commit?
Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.

Are these the real prices?
Yes. They match our public price list. Under 1kg adds 15%, 1kg to 3kg adds 7%, and 3kg and above is the wholesale list price.
Can I mix shades and lengths?
Yes. From 300g per shade, in 100g steps. Order size counts the total of everything you buy.

The smallest professional order is 1kg total. Product and shade mix are agreed before quotation. Wholesale supply is quoted to one written specification.
Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
