Babe is salon-only, so its buyers are working stylists rather than retail shoppers, and a salon-only price is still a brand price. We cannot publish another company's price list and we will not guess at it. What we can do is show you exactly how our own number is built, so that when you put a factory quote beside the invoice you already pay, you are comparing the same hair on the same terms instead of comparing a headline to a headline.

- Processing time: slow colour development costs days of bath time, and that time is in the price.
- Format: wefting, bonding, taping or hand-tying, each with its own labour per kilo.

How we supply it.
What a brand price includes that a factory price does not
Branding, education, distribution, warehousing and a sales network are real costs and real services. If you use them, they are worth paying for. If you are installing every week, reselling every week, or building your own label, they are the part of your cost that produces nothing for your client.
How to compare like for like
Send the exact specification you buy today: format, length, grams per pack or per row, shade and monthly quantity. We quote the same specification. Comparing a Babe Hair Extensions pack price against a factory kilo price without matching those five things is not a comparison at all.
What switching actually costs
One trial: 300g per shade (1kg total) across two shades. Send a shade tag or a 10cm cutting from what you install now, we develop a matched test length, you approve it, then production starts. Your risk is one small order, not your column.
The price that matters is the second one
Anyone can quote well once. We keep the reference sample you approved and match every later run against it, so the sixth order is the same hair at the same price band rather than a fresh negotiation.

Do I need a distributor account to buy from you?
No. We are the factory and we sell direct. A single salon can start with a 1kg trial and stay at wholesale volumes for as long as it wants.
How do I keep my clients on the same shades?
Send the shade tags from what you install today. We match, you approve, and the approved sample stays here so every reorder is measured against it.
Will you tell me what I should be paying?
We will tell you what we charge for a specification and why. We will not publish another company's prices or pretend to know their cost structure. Send us your specification and quantity and you will get a real number to compare against your own invoice.
Can I keep buying my current brand and add you alongside?
Most buyers do exactly that at first: one shade, one format, one trial, running beside what they already stock. Nothing about a trial requires you to change supplier.
What is the minimum order?
The first wholesale order starts from 1kg total, with the product and shade mix agreed before quotation. Wholesale terms apply from 3kg per order. Private label and OEM start at 10kg.
Can I test the hair before I commit?
Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.
Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?
We own the Indian factory. Sorting, washing, colouring and weft finishing happen on our own lines, and our own quality control checks each lot before it is packed for export.
How do you ship and how long does it take?
Express air freight, usually 3 to 6 days door to door, with the export paperwork prepared by us. We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the Gulf.

Are these the real prices?
Yes. They match our public price list. Under 1kg adds 15%, 1kg to 3kg adds 7%, and 3kg and above is the wholesale list price.
Can I mix shades and lengths?
Yes. From 300g per shade, in 100g steps. Order size counts the total of everything you buy.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
