Private Label · From 10 kg
Private label pricing, quoted like a factory.
private label from 10kg. Everything is quoted per kilo in US dollars, split by shade, length and construction, so you can see exactly what you are paying for the hair and what you are paying for your brand. There is no trading house between the price and the production.

- Batch records and photographs of every dispatch
- Our lowest per-kilo price, quoted against a signed specification
Exact dollar figures are quoted against your shades and lengths, because a blonde 24 inch hand-tied weft and a natural 16 inch machine weft are two different products. Send the shades you sell most and you get the numbers the same day.
How The Number Is Built
Four things move your dollar price.
Price is per kilo, per shade
A dark natural shade and a heavily lifted blonde do not cost the same to make. Blondes take longer baths, lose more weight and hold more of our time, so they are quoted separately rather than hidden in one flat number.
Length changes the price more than volume
22 inch and 26 inch hair is rarer in the raw intake than 16 inch, so the price ladder follows length first. Two brands buying the same weight can pay differently because of the lengths they order.
Construction is quoted on top of the hair
The same hair costs one price as bulk, another as a machine weft, another as a hand-tied weft or K-Tip, because the labour behind each is different. You see the hair price and the construction price separately.
Packaging is quoted once, then repeats
Tags, sleeves, boxes and printing are a setup cost on the first run and a small repeating cost after it. We show it as its own line so you can decide how much brand you want to buy.
Questions Brand Owners Ask
Answered before you ask.
What is the minimum for private label?
10kg per order. Below that we can still supply you wholesale in your own packaging-free form, from 1kg trial and wholesale terms from 3kg, but branded packaging only becomes sensible from 10kg.
How is the price actually quoted in dollars?
Per kilo in US dollars, per shade and per length, with construction and packaging shown as separate lines. You get one written quotation you can hold us to, not a verbal number that moves between orders.
Does the price drop as I grow?
Yes. The ladder moves at 10kg, 25kg and 50kg per month. A distributor holding contracted monthly volume is quoted below a brand ordering the same weight once a quarter, because reserved capacity is worth more to us than a one-off.
Can I keep my shade exclusive?
Custom shades developed to your colour card stay yours. Territory exclusivity on a format or shade is discussed at the distributor tier, against contracted monthly volume.
How long does a private label order take?
4 to 6 weeks from shade approval on standard shades and packaging, 6 to 10 weeks when custom colour development and printed packaging are both involved.
