Single donor means the bundle came from one head and stayed together through sorting, washing and production. It is genuinely limited: one head produces a small, finite amount of hair, so no factory on earth can supply single donor hair in unlimited volume. Any supplier who says every bundle they own is single donor is telling you something that cannot be true.

One head is one lot. When the length you want is not there, we tell you it is not there rather than blending two heads and keeping the label.

Straight answers.
Is single donor hair better than mixed donor?
It is more consistent, not automatically stronger. Within one head, texture, density and colour behave the same way along the whole length, which matters most for wigs, toppers and premium installs. A well-sorted mixed lot can perform very well for commercial wefts at a lower price.
Can you supply single donor in volume?
Not in unlimited volume, and neither can anyone else. One donor produces a finite amount of hair. We quote against what is genuinely available and offer a well-sorted alternative when it is not.
How do I verify a single donor claim?
Ask for the lot to be identified and ask what happens if you reorder the same length next quarter. A supplier holding real single donor stock will tell you availability is limited. A supplier who promises endless single donor is describing mixed hair.
Can I test the hair before I commit?
Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.
What is the minimum order?
The first wholesale order starts from 1kg total, with the product and shade mix agreed before quotation. Wholesale terms apply from 3kg per order. Private label and OEM start at 10kg.

Yes. They match our public price list. Under 1kg adds 15%, 1kg to 3kg adds 7%, and 3kg and above is the wholesale list price.
Can I mix shades and lengths?
Yes. From 300g per shade, in 100g steps. Order size counts the total of everything you buy.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
