Pre-bonded hair is the most demanding format a salon buys. The bond has to melt cleanly, hold for a full regrowth cycle and release without damage, and the hair has to survive four months of washing, heat and brushing between appointments. We manufacture both parts: cuticle-aligned Indian Remy hair, sorted by texture, coloured slowly, then moulded into keratin bonds, nail tips, flat tips and stick tips on our own lines and checked lot by lot before packing.

How we supply it.
Specify the bond, not just the hair
Tell us bond shape, bond size, grams per strand, strand count per pack and length. We build to that, record it, and repeat it on every reorder instead of sending you whatever the line ran that week.
How to test a pre-bonded supplier
Install one trial pack on a real client. Wash the hair ten times, iron and curl it, and remove one bond at four weeks. You learn more from that than from any brochure — and it costs one small order.
Reorders that match
We keep the reference sample you approved. Every later run is matched against the hair you accepted, so your clients' colour histories stay intact when they come back in month four.

Who supplies pre-bonded hair extensions to salons in the UK and Ireland?
We do, direct from our Indian factory, with air freight into the UK and Ireland in three to six days. Salons usually start with a 1kg trial per colour and length in the two shades they install most, then move to 3kg to 10kg wholesale.
Can you match my current bond size and weight per strand?
Yes. Send the bond shape, bond size, grams per strand and strand count you install today, along with a shade tag or cutting. We build a trial to that written specification and keep it on file for reorders.
Do you supply I-tips for micro and nano rings as well?
Yes. The same hair is finished as nail tips and stick tips for ring work, in the strand weights your technicians prefer.
How is factory-direct pre-bonded hair priced?
Price is built from the raw Indian hair, the processing and colour development time, the bond format and the quantity, quoted by the factory with no brand or distributor layer between us. Send the specification you buy today and we will quote like for like.
What is the minimum order?
The first wholesale order starts from 1kg total, with the product and shade mix agreed before quotation. Wholesale terms apply from 3kg per order. Private label and OEM start at 10kg.
Can I test the hair before I commit?
Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.
Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?
We own the Indian factory. Sorting, washing, colouring and weft finishing happen on our own lines, and our own quality control checks each lot before it is packed for export.
How do you ship and how long does it take?
Express air freight, usually 3 to 6 days door to door, with the export paperwork prepared by us. We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the Gulf.

Yes. They match our public price list. Under 1kg adds 15%, 1kg to 3kg adds 7%, and 3kg and above is the wholesale list price.
Can I mix shades and lengths?
Yes. From 300g per shade, in 100g steps. Order size counts the total of everything you buy.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
