That makes the format unforgiving: a tiny ring, a small section of the client's own hair and a strand that has to stay soft for months. Everything depends on how the hair was sorted and coloured. We make nano tips in Indian cuticle-aligned Remy hair on our own lines, to a written strand weight, and match your shade card before anything is produced.

How we supply it.
Fine hair has no margin
On fine client hair, a strand that is slightly too heavy becomes tension, and tension becomes breakage. We build nano tips to a specified weight and check it lot by lot rather than eyeballing it at packing.
Where nano work usually goes wrong
Not at the ring. It goes wrong when the hair was lifted too fast, so mid-lengths dry out and the technician is blamed for the install. Slow lifting in long low-strength baths is the only real fix, and it happens in the factory or not at all.
Cool shades, developed and held
Nano work sells hardest in cool blondes and ash browns. Those are the shades most easily ruined by fast bleaching and most obviously drifted on a reorder. We develop them slowly and keep the approved reference here so the sixth order matches the first.
Trial before volume
Order the two shades you install most, wash the hair ten times, iron it, install it on a real client. Then judge us. Wholesale terms apply from 3kg, and private label from 10kg when you are ready.
How to judge a nano ring supplier
Check four things: the tip is small and smooth enough to hide in fine hair, the strand weight is even from tip to tip, the hair is cuticle-aligned, and the blonde was lifted slowly. A good supplier will confirm all four in writing.

The ring is tiny, so it sits flat in thin or fine hair where bigger bonds show. That is why the hair quality matters even more here: fine hair clients notice matting and shedding first.

What is the difference between nano rings and micro rings?
Nano rings are considerably smaller, so they take less of the client's own hair per strand and sit flatter on fine hair. They need lighter, more consistent strand weights, which is a manufacturing question rather than an application one.
Can nano ring hair be reused?
Yes, usually for two or three move-up cycles if the hair was processed properly. Hair that was fast-bleached rarely survives the first reinstall in good condition.
How fast can you ship nano ring hair?

What is the minimum order?

Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.
Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?
We own the Indian factory. Sorting, washing, colouring and weft finishing happen on our own lines, and our own quality control checks each lot before it is packed for export.
How do you ship and how long does it take?

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
