K-Tip · Keratin bonds
K-Tip extensions in Indian Remy hair, bonded on our own lines.
K-Tip is the format that exposes a supplier fastest. The bond has to melt cleanly, hold for a full growth cycle and release without dragging the client's own hair, and the strand it holds has to survive four months of washing, straightening and reinstalling. Both of those are decided in the factory, not in a catalogue. We sort Indian hair by texture before it is coloured, lift shades slowly in long low-strength baths, then mould flat tips, U-tips, nail tips and stick tips on our own lines in India.
- Flat tips, U-tips, nail tips and stick tips, moulded to your bond size and grams per strand.
- Cuticle-aligned Indian Remy hair, sorted by texture before any colour is developed.
- Slow colour development: blondes lifted over days, not forced in an afternoon.
- Bond specification written down before the run: shape, size, weight per strand, strand count, length.
- Shade matched from your current card, tag or a 10cm cutting, with the approved sample kept here for every reorder.

Setting a higher standard.
Our purpose is to set a higher standard for professional hair extensions — exceptional hair, uncompromising consistency and effortless partnership for the world's finest salons. True quality is the confidence of receiving the same excellence, time after time.
We build enduring relationships through discretion, empathy, accountability and integrity, protecting the reputation behind every salon we serve. We shape our craft around our partners and their ambitions, never the other way around.
RemyPatra Hair Group
How we supply it.
Why Indian hair suits bonded work
Indian hair is fine to medium in diameter with a natural body, which is why it blends with European and mixed-heritage client hair without looking heavy at the root. It lifts faster than coarser Asian hair, so the discipline that matters is restraint: gentler protocols, longer development, lower strength.
What we control at the bond
Hair fully encased at the root so the bond does not shed strands from week two. A melting range that softens under the connector without cooking the client's own hair. A cured bond that stays slightly flexible instead of snapping. And a clean release with an alcohol remover, which is where a bond is really judged.
The reorder test
Any factory can send a good first kilo. We keep the reference sample you approved and match every later run against it, so bond size, strand weight and colour repeat instead of drifting. That is the difference between a supplier and a vendor.
Your own label, from 10kg
From 10kg we produce K-Tips under your brand, your packaging and your shade names, on the same line and the same written specification you approved during trial.
Buyer Questions
Straight answers.
Do you manufacture K-Tip extensions or buy them in?
We manufacture them. Sorting, colour development and bond moulding happen on our own lines in India, and our own quality control checks each lot before export.
What bond sizes and strand weights can you make?
We build to your specification: bond shape (flat, U-tip, nail tip, stick tip), bond size, grams per strand, strand count per pack and length. Tell us what your technicians install today and we will match it.
How long does a K-Tip install last?
Most salons re-tip at three to four months, driven by natural regrowth rather than bond failure. If the mid-lengths feel dry or the tips look like fluff before then, that is the hair's processing, not the bond.
Can you match my current shade card?
Yes. Send a shade tag, a 10cm cutting or a clear daylight photo. We develop a matched test length, photograph it under salon light and send it for approval before any production run.
What is the minimum order?
The first wholesale order starts from 1kg total, with the product and shade mix agreed before quotation. Wholesale terms apply from 3kg per order. Private label and OEM start at 10kg.
Can I test the hair before I commit?
Yes. Order a trial in the two shades you sell most, wash it, colour it, install it, and keep the approved piece. We hold the same reference sample here, so every reorder is matched against the hair you already accepted.
Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?
We own the Indian factory. Sorting, washing, colouring and weft finishing happen on our own lines, and our own quality control checks each lot before it is packed for export.
How do you ship and how long does it take?
Express air freight, usually 3 to 6 days door to door, with the export paperwork prepared by us. We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the Gulf.

Why we do not sell 100g trial bundles
We have deliberately moved away from the 100–200g sample model. A single bundle is installed on one or two clients, so one experience becomes the whole judgement of the product. It shows nothing about how a shade repeats, how two batches compare, or how the hair behaves after repeated washing in a working salon.
A 1kg commercial trial covers roughly ten to twelve client applications across two shades. It gives you feedback from paying clients, a view of consistency across a meaningful quantity, and a proper read on how the product performs in your market. The hair in a 1kg trial is taken from the same sorting tables as a 20kg production run, so there is no separate sample standard to be disappointed by later.
We are the manufacturer, not a trading desk placing bundles with twenty buyers at once. We work with established salons, extension specialists, distributors and brands who already know their methods, lengths and shades, and who want one accountable source instead of a continuous supplier search.
